This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use our services.
Street Savories maintains a strict no refund policy. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any services rendered, including but not limited to catering services, food truck purchases, event bookings, and other related services. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our business operations.
2.1 Catering Services
Our catering services involve meticulous planning, preparation, and execution to ensure the highest quality of food and service for your event. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, resources are allocated and preparations begin, making it challenging to offer refunds.
2.2 Food Truck Services
Our food truck services include pre-ordering, on-the-spot food preparation, and delivery. Due to the nature of these services, once an order is placed and payment is received, the transaction is considered final.
2.3 Special Events and Bookings
Special events, including corporate events, private parties, and festivals, require extensive preparation and resource allocation. Therefore, once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations will not result in a refund.
3.1 Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Street Savories are non-refundable. This includes:
Catering Services: Once catering services are booked and paid for, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
Food Truck Orders: All food truck orders are final and non-refundable upon payment.
Event Bookings: Payments for event bookings are non-refundable, including deposits and advance payments.
While our general policy is strict, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. However, refunds will only be considered under the following specific conditions:
4.1 Errors by Street Savories
If an error on our part, such as a scheduling mistake or significant service failure, occurs, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, remedies may include rescheduling the service or providing a credit for future use.
4.2 Service Cancellations by Street Savories
In the rare event that Street Savories needs to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions, equipment failure, or health and safety concerns), we will offer a rescheduled service or a credit for future use. Refunds in these cases are still subject to our discretion.
