Return & Refund Policy


We only sell products on a pre-order basis. Upon confirmation, we buy products from the stores/ websites, import them, and deliver them to your doorstep. We believe the most challenging factors of e-commerce are choosing a product just from pictures, limitations of trials, variations of color, etc. Apparently, we have no choice if you do not like any products after getting the delivery. However, we also have a limited scope of return and refund policy.


Our Return and Refund Policy:

  • If you receive a faulty/ partially damaged/ full damaged product we have a no-question return/ exchange (if applicable)/ refund policy but you must make a 360-degree uncut parcel opening video showing that the intact parcel package. You need to show the faults while making this parcel opening video.
  • After order confirmation if the desired product becomes out of stock and there is no chance of re-stock, we will provide a full refund.
  • No refund is applicable for the cancellation of order due to change of mind.
