Since the incorporation of our venture in 2016, we have faced a lot of challenges in many sectors like import procedures and illegal carrying from abroad, costing, pricing, credits, marketing, business focus, etc. and according to those experiences, we do update our terms and conditions time to time. Our objective is not only to make money from our business but also to reduce miscommunication with our clients.
1. A 50% advance is required for the confirmation of any order through our Secured Payment Gateway, Bank Account Deposit/ Cash/ Mobile Financial Services. We do not accept any Bank Cheque or any other payment methods.
2. You have to receive your order within 7 days, when it is ready to dispatch from our end. If you fail to receive the product within 7 days, along with the due payment (if any), an additional 5% extra charge will be added on a compound basis for every 7 days. After 30 days, your order will be canceled without any refund.
3. We provide home delivery facilities at the district levels (to some extent than levels as well as per the coverage of courier partners). If your parcel arrives earlier there is no provision to hold that parcel for more than 3 days at our Dhaka office.

We do not accept any Bank Cheque or any other payment methods. If you have any trust issues with us to place your first order only for that case, you can advance 50% only for the first order.
2. Shipping Charge will be at actual after customs clearance. While taking order we can share you only the approximate budget for the shipping cost. It may change after customs clearance. Shipping charge need to be paid immediately after customs clearance.
3. If you fail to pay shipping charge, along with the due payment (if any), withing 72 hours after customs clearance, additional 2% extra charge will be added on compound basis for each 7 days.
4. We do not deliver the products to the doorstep of the clients, so, you need to collect your shipment from our office. If you request for a delivery to your doorstep, we can consider that only after receiving the all due amount, and standard delivery charge will be applicable.. No Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable for the B2B clients.
5. If you have any issues regarding committed payment time, we appreciate a formal communication from your end, as we can consider the extra charges to be added to your bill amount.
6. Any kind of misbehavior that disrespect our terms and conditions are highly demotivated.
7. For clients outside of Dhaka, we deliver the goods only by Sundarban Courier Service (Office Delivery Only) after receiving the full payment and courier charges. No conditions facilitities are available.
