According to your purchase type, we have designed our win-win Refund and Return Policy. There is 100% assurance that you are either getting your product or your money back. In brief, if you confirm any product as pre-order, usually we take approx. 20 days to deliver, but it may take longer time due to any unavoidable situations depending on customs clearance. Only when we declare that we are unable to deliver your product, only in that case a refund is applicable.
1. No refund and return is applicable for the color variations. Color may vary due to camera, lighting effects, reflections of the product material, and shades, device resolutions, etc. So, we do not offer any refund and return facilities for color variations.
2. We do deliver the products in a sealed poly pack and it’s mendatory to make a uncut 360 degree parcel opening video while opening the parcel, and checking the product. If any faults like torn, damaged, color bleeds, etc. found then you can claim for a return, if we have another fresh item of the same piece. Otherwise, you can claim for a refund, and we will proceed for that within 3 to 7 working days.
3. All of our products’ price are set according to the product quality. We can not assure the quality of any product that is not certified. So, no return and refund is applicable for the quality claims against any product that is not certified. For example: If you buy a saree with “Silk Mark” certification, and you found that the product is not original silk, you can claim for return or refund.
4. Inside Dhaka city, we do provide home delivery facilities, and for the outside of Dhaka city, we do send products by Sundarban Courier Service, and you need to collect that from your nearby branch office. If we fail to do that within 7 working days (except any critical issues that hampers or limits transportation), we will proceed for a refund.
5. Whenever it has been decided that we are accepting for the refund, our lead time is 3 to 7 working days.
Pre-order is the process when any product is confirmed for purchase that is not available in our ready stock but we will buy and import it after the confirmation from the buyer.
1. We take approx. 20 days to deliver any pre-ordered item but it may take more time in exceptional cases like customs issues, sudden increase of shipping charges, lockdown, political unrest, or any strike declared by the Importer/ CnF/ customs employees association. In that case, no refund and return policy will be applicable for exceeding the approximate delivery time.
2. If any product is identified as missing, damaged, and (or) somehow we got to know that we can not deliver that item, only in that case, we will provide a 100% refund.

6. We provide home delivery facilities at the district levels (to some extent than levels as well as per the coverage of courier partners). If your parcel arrives earlier there is no provision to hold that parcel for more than 3 days at our Dhaka office.
7. If you do not receive the parcel after consecutive attempts by the delivery man, your parcel may returned to our address, and in that case, you need to pay the due amount along with 2x delivery charge for further delivery.
8. If we accept any refund request, it may take a maximum 10 working days to make the refund. However, usually, we make the refund within a couple of hours.
