Kolkata 2 Dhaka facilitates cross-border shopping from Indian brands to Bangladesh. Due to the nature of international sourcing, customs clearance, and pre-order fulfillment, our Return & Refund Policy is strictly governed by the terms below. By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy (Important)

  • We generally do not offer any return, exchange, or refund facility.
  • Exceptions apply only in very specific situations mentioned below.
  • Customers are strongly advised to review product details carefully before confirming an order.

2. Only Eligible Case for Return or Refund

A return or refund request will be considered only if:

  • The customer receives a wrong product, or
  • The customer receives a damaged product, and
  • The claim is supported by a 360-degree, uncut parcel opening video.

No other reason will be accepted.

3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video Requirement

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims, without exception.
  • The video must:
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel from all sides (360 degrees)
  • Be continuous and uncut
  • Clearly capture the issue (damage / wrong item) during the opening
  • Claims without a proper uncut 360-degree video will be rejected automatically.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations

No return, refund, or exchange will be provided for:

  • Size or fitting issues (if the product was delivered as ordered)
  • Color variation due to lighting, photography, or device display
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor imperfections, especially on sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased at sale price in India, which may have slight faults
  • Delivery delays caused by customs, airlines, or logistics partners
  • Orders canceled due to non-payment or customer refusal

5. Partial Refunds (Applicable Cases Only)

  • Partial refunds may be allowed only if:
  • The main product is usable, and
  • A specific accessory or component is damaged or missing, and
  • The issue is clearly proven in the parcel opening video.
  • The refund amount will be decided after internal verification.

6. Refund Mode & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:
  • Bank Transfer, or
  • bKash
  • Refunds will be issued after adjusting any discounts applied for full advance payments.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banking and verification procedures.

7. Sale & Discounted Products

  • Products purchased at sale or discounted prices in India may contain minor defects.
  • Such items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

8. Customs-Related Issues

  • Products affected by customs will be eligible for return or refund only if we deliver damaged product(s).
  • Customs-seized or customs-rejected items are otherwise non-refundable.

9. Delivery Damage & Liability

  • If the delivery partner is selected by Kolkata 2 Dhaka, we will take full responsibility for delivery-related damage (subject to valid video proof).
  • If the delivery partner is chosen by the customer, Kolkata 2 Dhaka will not bear any liability for damage.
  • B2B clients are expected to collect deliveries from our office.
  • If delivery is arranged and damage occurs, disputes must be handled directly with the delivery partner.

10. B2B Orders

  • All B2B orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable without exception.
  • Full advance payment is mandatory for B2B transactions.

11. Claim Reporting Timeline

  • Any eligible claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

12. Final Decision Authority

All return and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Kolkata 2 Dhaka. Our decision shall be final and binding.
